There was a “soft opening” that I believe took place before Tiana was named a Disney Princess.
This was on the 25th. They did a soft opening of the show.
I actually think it was from the motion picture, as was every song in the show. This is a nice preview for the film as well as a good show.
I was so there and it was as awesome as u may think it was…although the date on this is wrong. it was on mon oct 26..weird! i know because after going to the show and meet and greet i had to run and clock right in …lol. disney is awesome!

You know, as much as I love going to the magic kingdom, I’ve never been a fan of parade music (except for The parade at the Animal Kingdom), however, this music is incredible. It’s almost as if it was torn straight from the motion picture. That’s a song I’d hum all day long.
I love how swishy Tiana’s dress is. I heard that it’s the same type of hoop skirt they used for Giselle’s huge wedding dress when they used to have the Giselle face character.
And I really hope they extend it past January 3rd… At least until after Mardigras! That would make perfect sense.
i know this supposed to run until 1/3, but do you think they’ll extend it, especially if it’s highly popular?
